How do I upload?
Uploading your data to us could not be easier. Just click the ‘Contact Us’ button on the menu or the ‘Upload’ button on the homepage and attach your contract files in PDF format to the email that opens along with instructions. We will shortly change the contact method to allow larger file uploads instead of an email link. If you are still having problems uploading, you can use one of the many large file sending services available on the internet such as www.hightail.com
We will respond to your email very quickly and set out a timeline for our full response to your enquiry and discuss service level and rates with you at the same time.
How much does it cost?
Our service is cheaper than having a full time contracts team with all the benefits. The benefit of good contractual advice is you save a great deal of money and isolate a great deal of risk by doing things properly. A successful claim can be worth millions and defending a claim can save millions. Preventing a bond from being presented can save a company’s credit with the banks and thus protect the business.
The benefit of outsourcing your contractual advice is that we are only there when you need us. For small to mid-sized contract, even if we do all of your contractual heavy-lifting, we will only be working for you a half to one day a week on average, so you end up paying a fraction of a senior level salary and do not have to accrue gratuity and other overheads like medical insurance for your contracts team.
We don’t publish a schedule of rates as every arrangement is bespoke and tailored to the particular needs of the Client and project, but if you can clearly define your needs, we can provide a competitive quotation which will quickly lead to peace of mind.
