If you have any doubts, just raise them and we will advise

If the matter you need advice on is so sensitive you prefer to not share, we can provide you with a formal confidentiality agreement, or we can enter into your form of agreement if you have one. Please be aware that we are quite focused on the detail, so don’t be surprised if we spend a little time negotiating terms. It is why you came to us in the first place!

If you are so worried that you simply want to keep the information secret, even from us, we can work by example and hypothetical scenario. Obviously there is a chance of something being missed in translation as the person from your team giving the examples may not have our experience, indeed, if the person giving the examples had our experience, you might not be talking to us.
